Have you heard of Deloan App? Have you heard of fake apps that send shamming messages to customers? Deloan is one of those fake loan apps that is known for sending shamming and highly defamatory messages to customers and customers’ contacts.
These acts have since been kicked out by the federal government of Nigeria. However, some companies have continued to do these and go against the law of the country and one of them is the Deloan loan app hence why we’ve decided to make a detailed Deloan loan app review so you will be informed and not take a loan from them. We will look at the Deloan app and its various defamatory tactics.
Deloan App Review
Deloan App claimed to be an intermediary platform that offers online loans via their mobile app at any time of the day. According to Deloan, they claimed that you can access their loan from anywhere in the country. They go further in stating that you can access loans ranging from N3,000 to N500,000 for a repayment duration of 91 days to 365 days.
Although Deloan claims to have an office in 169, Karimu Kotun, Victoria Island, its mobile app is not found in either Google Play Store or Apple App Store. This company is definitely a fraud. One of the worse loan apps in Nigeria. It claims to have an address where you can walk in, whereas, but they are nowhere to be found.

Deloan Defamatory Tactics
It has been found out that Deloan uses online advertisers to publicize their fake app and links are sent to random people to download. When you download the app via the links, you will be asked to sign a contract for a 7-day-tenure loan.
If you aren’t able to pay back the loan at the expiration of seven days, a defamatory message tagging you as a robber and fraudster will be sent across your entire contact list and on different social media handles.

Worst still, they have devised another means of tagging defaulting customers as HIV/AIDS-positive patients. Recently in Abuja, a man 29 (name withheld) had his picture flying over the internet and was tagged an HIV/AIDS patient. He was said to be dangerous and everybody should avoid him so as not to get infected. This came up after a week of collecting a loan from the app and being unable to pay it back at the end of the seven days.
So their new tactic is tagging people as HIV/AIDs patients which is highly defamatory. As such, I will strongly advise you to stay off the Deloan app. Their interest rates are crazy and from all indications, it is a fake loan app. If you must get a loan from a loan app, go for the genuine ones.

Is Deloan App Legit?
No, Deloan app is not legit. It is the worse loan app you should avoid in your life. The app is of no good and can go as far as sending defamatory and life-threatening messages to you and your contacts.
At first, the loan company would call and pet you into taking a loan by sending you a private link to download their app. After, there will start sending you messages after 7 days of the loan tenure. Due to their activities, Google has not been able to put up the app on their app store and the app is not legit at all.
